Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to Unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you ask ROWES FURNITURE to re-subscribe at a later date.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If you have to indemnify ROWES FURNITURE under this Section, ROWES FURNITURE will have the right to control the defence, settlement, and resolution of any Claim at your sole expense. You may not settle or otherwise resolve any Claim without ROWES FURNITURE.

 

FLOOR STOCK CLEARANCE ITEMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the sale of floor stock clearance items ("Clearance Items") offered by Rowes Furniture and Bedding ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your"). By purchasing Clearance Items, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Condition of Clearance Items

  • Clearance Items are sold as-is and may exhibit signs of use, such as minor scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic imperfections.
  • All available product details, including photographs or descriptions, are provided to the best of our ability and knowledge. We recommend inspecting the item in person before purchase where possible.

2. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Clearance Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by law (e.g., in the case of major faults that were not disclosed).
  • We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor imperfections clearly disclosed prior to sale.

3. Warranty

  • Clearance Items may have limited, reduced, or no manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the item and brand.
  • Any applicable warranty will be clearly specified at the time of purchase. If no warranty is stated, assume none applies.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are as marked and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Clearance prices are non-negotiable and may reflect significant reductions due to the item's condition or discontinued status.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Collection and Delivery

  • Items must be collected within 30 days of purchase, or delivery arrangements must be made at the time of sale.
  • Delivery (if available) is charged separately and must be arranged through our team. We do not accept liability for damages incurred during third-party transportation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the purchase or use of a Clearance Item, except as required under consumer protection laws.

7. Consumer Rights

  • These Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Laws.
  • If an item has a major fault not previously disclosed, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the law.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. The Terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

How do you qualify?

  • The product and price must be verifiable by a current written quote, catalogue, website or by social media – prior to your purchase
  • The product must be identical; brand, material, size, quantity, name, colour & configuration. 
  • The product must be available and ready for delivery in the same time period.
  • The product can’t be part of a closing down sale, auction, commercial / wholesale quantity or sold by a third party.
  • The product must be in Australia sold by a retailer operating in Australia.
  • The price must be based on apples with apples; have the same inclusions; taxes, handling, delivery, finance etc.
  • If the price is based on a pick-up deal, competitor must be within a 100km Radius of the Rowes Toowoomba Store.
  • The price beat guarantee can only be used once per purchase.
  • We reserve the right not to price beat any item that falls below our landed cost price.
